Pauline Curran

Managing Director

Pauline Curran has over 20 years’ experience in HR and workplace compliance and is a highly trained HR professional with specific expertise in employment law. Her breadth of knowledge gives clients peace of mind when it comes to workplace compliance and all aspects of employment legislation.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a Professional Diploma in Employment Law (UCD).

Specialising in workplace compliance whilst adhering to and working closely with WRC Inspectors, Pauline will aid you to put in place strategies that are bespoke to your business circumstances. Pauline will also personally assist and help you step by step, dealing with day to day HR and employee challenges.

Linda Gill-Ryan

Business Associate, Health & Safety Consultant

Essential Health and Safety Training and Consultancy was founded in 2009 by Managing Director Linda Gill Ryan. Linda is a graduate of DIT, UCD, NUIG and indeed a lifelong learner.  From an industry perspective, Linda has worked across many settings ranging from the motor industry, food industry, retail, manufacturing, retail to mention but a few. As a result of this, Linda’s on the ground experience shines through when dealing with both management and staff on site. At Essential Health and Safety Training and Consultancy Ltd, we provide health and safety training and advice with a difference. We have a real passion for what we do and we listen to our customers.  This then allows us provide the type and style of service that best suits our customers particular needs. We believe in the provision of excellence across all of our services.

Linda is also a key member of her local Community First Responder Rapid Response Team.  Along with her CFR colleagues, Linda helps those in need of medical assistance until the ambulance service arrives.  Being in a position to assist her local community in this way is Linda says a real privilege.   Having a passion for what you do makes getting up every morning a real joy.

Donna Hill

Donna has over 12 years’ experience in recruitment search & selection. Donna’s work ethos is to offer a bespoke recruitment service, thus build partnerships with HR professionals & business owners to prioritise their staffing requirements.

Donna has recruited for all sectors to include Engineering, Logistics, IT, Industrial, Construction to name a few. By providing a holistic recruitment service to talented professionals who are on the job market, Donna maintains a transparent and realistic recruitment approach to both employees and employer.

Donna is also a qualified trainer from NUI Maynooth and delivers on-site training workshops with a HR element.
