HR Audits
A primary purpose of the HR Audit for Organisations is to report back to our clients with a detailed gap analysis of the HR function identifying areas of strength and weakness and where improvements may be needed. Conducting an audit involves a review of current practices, policies, and procedures, and the end goal to be WRC compliant and be prepared for WRC inspections.
